MEWIA ŁACHA

"Mewia Łacha" apartments are new, very comfortably equipped 1 and 2-room apartments for 2-5 people. They consist of: a bedroom with 1 double bed, TV, W-FI, bathroom with shower and kitchenette. Two-room apartments consist of: a bedroom with 3 single beds, TV, W-FI, bathroom with shower and a living room where there is also a 2-seater sofa fully with an equipped kitchenette. The apartments are located less than 500 meters from the entrance to the "Mewia Łacha" reserve - a unique place on the Polish coast where you can watch seals on the beach.

MODERN APARTMENTS IN THE HEART OF SOBIESZEWSKA ISLAND.

All-year-round apartments with an area of ​​35 m2-60 m2, located on the ground floor, each with its own terrace, on the first floor there are two-room apartments without terraces. All apartments are equipped with year-round heating. An additional advantage is the short distance from the grocery store (200 m). A walk to a beautiful wide beach through a pine forest takes approx. 20 minutes. We also provide long-term rental for companies (we issue invoices).

BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS

e Mewia Łacha nature reserve was created in 1991. It covers a total area of ​​150 ha, of which 19 ha is located in the Sobieszewska Island area. The reserve protects breeding grounds of various species of terns and the habitat for feeding and resting of plover birds. Since 2007, this is again the only place in Poland nesting terns.

We also took care of our little ones. We have installed a playground in front of the house, behind a secured fence.
